Purchase contracts

You can review and modify your order before checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is correct (such as the correct quantity, size, color of the item) and it is recommended that you carefully review the order and all required steps. When you click "Confirm Purchase" and finish the checkout, it means that you confirm the order and reach a purchase contract with Charlie Luciano in accordance with these terms and conditions, and then the order will be submitted for processing. After your order is submitted, your purchase contract with Charlie Luciano has been established, but the validity is subject to the satisfaction of all of the following conditions:

a) The items you purchased have been checked and confirmed to be in stock;
b) Your payment information is true and accurate, and there is no deceptive or fraudulent behavior;
c) There is no data error caused by the system or other reasons for the products you purchased, such as price, quantity, etc.;
d) The place of receipt is not within the scope of the trade embargo according to the local laws;
e) According to the laws, regulations and policies valid at that time, there are no other circumstances that affect the validity of the purchase contract.

If any of the above effective conditions are not met, your order will be cancelled, and your purchase contract will be terminated because the validity conditions are not met.

We will verify and process your order in accordance with these terms and conditions immediately after receipt of your order. If you have ordered multiple items in one order, and we have only sent you a confirmation notice for some of the items, your purchase contract is only valid for that part of the item. If any of your purchase contracts fails to be valid after its establishment, your purchase contract will be cancelled.

Cancel order

Modifying or canceling an order is always possible so long as it has not yet been packed or shipped. If you need to apply for order cancellation, please email us or contact our WeChat account to assist you in completing the application. Once the order cancellation application is submitted successfully, it will not be able to be modified or restored.

Shipping time

Instock products will usually be shipped within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Products temporarily out of stock will be processed within 5-10 business days after order confirmation. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the delivery progress of your order online. Shipping may be delayed by a few days if we receive a large volume of orders. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you via email. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping Policy

All international shipping from China is handled by a third-party courier. Charlie Luicano is not responsible for any taxes, customs and duties on your order. If your shipping destination is not in China, you will by default authorize our team to handle your international shipping with the cooperative courier.

Compensation for damages

Charlie Luicano is not responsible for any product damage or loss in transit. If you received an order damaged, please contact the shipping company to file a claim.
